Description

A Leading Egyptian Firefighting Firm is seeking a suitably qualified Sales Engineer to aggressively sell, manage and expand its range of firefighting products and build long-term relationships with potential lead customers. This is a hands-on role which will encompass account development, sales skills, products expertise (in selling) and sales target achievement.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Put the forecasting plan, Targets, tools required, activities…etc.
  • Prepares proposals based on customer's requirements and standard technical specification.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensures timely payment of receivables (collections).
  • Responsible to achieve the set sales target.
  • Promote the company services to existing clients as well as identifying and acquiring new clients.
  • Troubleshoot customers’ problems.
  • Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique.
  • Submit data and management report on time.
  • Keep the relations with the existing customers.
  • Find new markets and customers.
  • Keep the relation with the existing suppliers.
  • Find new suppliers and potential products.
  • Generate enquiries from the customers.
  • Make the pricing and deciding the margin, depending on the history and the existing information and competitors, preparing the offers to the customer.
  • Follow up the customers till the final decision.
  • Participate in the tenders.
  • Held meetings with customers.

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in related industry/preferably.
  • Working knowledge in firefighting sector.
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office applications and English Language.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, sales oriented and result driven with knowledge of customer relationship management and strong drive to achieve sales target.
  • Ability to influence and persuade with great flexibility.
  • Excellent English & Arabic communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Education: Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
